1. Who we are

RankPush (“we”, “us”) provides the rankpush.ai website and service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@rankpush.ai.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile details shared by Google.
  • Business and website information — details you provide during onboarding and use, such as your website URL, business description, target keywords, locations, and content preferences.
  • Integration credentials — tokens or credentials you supply so we can publish to your connected website. These are stored securely and used only to operate the integration.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as the card brand and last four digits) but never store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device data — log data, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected through cookies and tools like Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager).

3. How we use information

  • to provide the Service — including researching keywords and generating and publishing content for your business;
  • to process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • to support you and communicate about your account;
  • to improve the Service and understand how it is used;
  • to send product and marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.

4. AI processing

Content generation uses third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic). The business information you provide (such as your niche, website, and keywords) may be processed by those providers to produce your articles and recommendations. We do not send them your payment details.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run the Service on our behalf — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel and Railway (hosting and processing), Google (sign-in, analytics, tag management), Anthropic (AI generation), and Cloudflare (storage and delivery);
  • Your connected platforms, when you direct us to publish content to them;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our checkout from automated abuse. It runs invisibly and collects limited technical information about your browser and connection to tell humans from bots. Its use is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Turnstile does not use this information for advertising or cross-site tracking;
  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service;
  • A successor business, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with notice to you.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, preferences, and analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit parts of the Service such as staying signed in.

7. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights).

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict some processing. To exercise any of these, email support@rankpush.ai — we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date; material changes may also be announced by email.
